The chances of white haze and cloudiness coming on the surface of the pavers is actually doubled when you put High Gloss Sealer on exterior flooring. The reason this particular patio has failed sealer appearing is that the home owner thought that this tough challenge was something they did an okay job, but, they didn’t get off All the existing sealer that, has gotten inside the terra cotta clay paver. They then enhanced it. She told us it looked good for about two weeks, then started to turn white, hazy, cloudy.

In these pics you can see we meticulously stripped this patio in Oakland, California, in the San Francisco Bay Area, on our hands and knees, paying careful attention to the to the finest details, such as a lot of grout and edges. We then gave them an acid bath which we did by hand as well.
These final pics you can see the stripping, and cleaning are complete and we applied our non slip sealer, making sure we achieved a water tight unpenetrable seal that prolongs the life of the tiles and makes the patio easier to clean, maintain, and enjoy.
